- The DAMTC solicitation was posted to this web site on 29 October 2008. The following is provided for information. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is posting this notice regarding solicitation number N00019-08-R-0075 for the Direct Attack Moving Target Capability (DAMTC) for informational purposes. As a result of pre-proposal conference activities, it is NAVAIR’s intent to issue an amendment on approximately 26 December 2008 to the said solicitation. The amendment will incorporate changes to the solicitation and may alter the evaluation criteria. In addition, the amendment shall extend the proposal submission date from 7 January 2009 to at least 21 January 2009. This notice does not constitute changes to the previously posted solicitation.
