- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-09-T-0018. This requirement shall be awarded on an all or none basis. CLIN 0001 TBH ACTIVE CARBON FILTER CUST (CS-TBH-CUST04) (QTY 6). CLIN 0002 TBH PRE-FILTER F5 - CUST, 305 x 305 mm set of 20 pieces (CS TBH-CUST05) (QTY 6). CLIN 0003 TBH PARTICLE FILTER CUST (CS-TBH-CUST03) (QTY 9). CLIN 0004 tesa Secure 6973 PV6 black matte 120mm, 4.72 inches x 656.2 foot roll (CS-1200R6973PV6BM) (QTY 85). CLIN 0005 TBS MP -TEC Filter LN 230-CUST (CS-TBH-CUST02) (QTY 9). Requisition Number W9123120093089. Delivery and Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Restone Arsenal, AL 35898-5400 within 15 days of contract award. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 322222 and the business size standard is 500. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
