- NSN 6680-01-299-3387, Gage Rod-Cap, Liquid. Item is solicited as Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. The source cited in the item description is Eaton Aerospace, CAGE 97484, P/N 2A1524. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 83 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 138 each for the base year and 108 for the option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 120 each is for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 207 each for the base year and 162 for the option years. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. End item application is in support of F-4 aircraft. Solicitation issue date is December 29, 2008. The date is subject to change.
