- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700109Q0032 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 532111. Rental period/period of performance is from 5 JANUARY 2009 through 28 JANUARY 2009 (24 days). Line Item #0001: Qty: 4 EA, 12 FT to 16 FT STAKE BED TRUCKS. Line Item #0002: Qty: 1 EA, 15 FT BOX TRUCK. Line Item #0003: Qty: 12 EA, 12-PASSENGER VAN. Line Item #0004: Qty: 5 EA, LARGE PICK-UP TRUCK. Line Item #0005: Qty: 4 EA, LARGE SUVS.These items are in support of Camp Lejeune Marines participating in training at Ft. Pickett, VA. The selected vendor will deliver vehicles to and pick vehicles up at Building 2461, Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA. The Government will award a contract resulting from this publication to the responsible offeror, whose quote conforms to the publication and is considered the best value. The Basis of Award will be based on Best Value to the Government. This solicitation is all or none. Please include company's cage code and tax ID.
