- The Government intends to purchase on a sole source basis tuition and fees for the Spring 2009 and Summer 2009 semesters at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, 201 Burruss Hall, Blacksburg, VA 24061-2000. This requirement is sole sourced as it will fund payment for NAVSEA Dahlgren students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611310 with a size standard of $6.0 Mil. The order shall be a firm fixed priced order. FOB Destination shall apply. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used. This procurement is DO priority rated. The closing date will be 18 December 2008 with an anticipated award by 24 December 2008.
