- DLA Detachment Mechanicsburg intends to negotiate under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) with Northrop Grumman for the following repair parts in support of the AN/SPQ-9B: - Frequency Synthesizer, NSN 7H 5895-01-522-6118, P/N 6867883, quantity of one (1) each to be delivered to DDC, Norfolk VA - Frequency Synthesizer, NSN 7H 5895-01-522-6103, P/N 6867884, quantity of two(2) each to be delivered to DDC, San Diego CA Award will be made under the terms of Basic Ordering Agreement N00104-05-G-0301. This item supports the AN/SPQ-9B Surface Surveillance and Tracking Radar. As the OEM of the AN/SPQ-0B, Northrop Grumman is the only source known to possess the manufacturing and testing capability to support this item.
