- Solicitation SPM7LX-08-R-0072 Award SPM7LX-09-D-9004 A total of three offers were received on this solicitation. The sole awardee for TYAD IPV is: Agility Defense & Government Services, Inc. 1725 Duke Street, Suite 450 Alexandria, VA 22314-3457 Schedule of Supplies for all NSN information for all 7 CLINs; including inspection, unit price, delivery requirements and any other key NSN information: CLIN 1 - delivery of 418 items to bins at TYAD that will be sourced by through Agility Defense and Government Services CLIN 2AA - delivery of 479 items to WWD customers CLIN 3 - labor cost of putting a kit together CLIN 4 - delivery of 2434 items to bins at TYAD that will be sourced through DLA CLIN 5 - delivery of any item on CLIN 1 that may be temporarily sourced through the Government CLIN 6 - charge of completing a spot buy CLIN 7 - charge of transition/implementation at TYAD Agility Defense & Government Services was determined to be the best value to the Government and selected as the awardee based on the analysis of all evaluation factors including; Technical, Past Performance, Surge & Sustainment and Price. The estimated value for the base year is $58,269,788.
