- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quotation (RFQ MIPR9C693BJ617) is being issued by DITCO-EUROPE, Unit 4235, Box 375, APO AE 09136-5375. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-29 and DAC 91-13. The proposed acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price commercial item type contract in accordance with the procedures detailed in FAR 13.5. NAICS code 511210 applies. Description of requirement: The government has a requirement for Bit9 Parity Licenses. The contract will include the following CLINs: Item 0001, Parity License, PN PARITY-AGT-DTP-GOV, Brand Name Bit9 required, QTY: 3500 Item 0002, Parity Center 1 year subscription, PN PARITY-CENTER-DTP-GOV, Brand Name Bit9 required, QTY: 3500 Item 0003, Parity M&S standard support, 1 year subscription, PN PARITY-STD-MAINTENANCE-DTP-GOV, Brand Name Bit9 required, QTY: 3500 Item 0004, Fast Track, PN BIT9-FASTRACK-1DAY-GOV, Brand Name Bit9 required, QTY: 10 Item 0005, Shipping and Handling, FOB Destination, QTY: 1 lot, Delivery shall be made by 01 Jan 09 to FOB Destination, HQ EUCOM J67, BLDG 2358, ROOM 114, PATCH BARRACKS, KATZENBACHSTR., 70569 STUTTGART-VAIHINGEN, GERMANY. Licenses can also be emailed, if possible. Email contact will be provided to awardee. The start date of the software will be 01 Jan 09. Award shall be made based on lowest price, technically acceptable. The following clauses/provisions are applicable: FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-3 or certification that these have been completed online via Online Representations and Certifications application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov. FAR 52.212-4 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition -- 52.212-5(b): 52.203-6; 52.222-21; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36 and 52.222-37.
