- The Space and Naval Warfare SystemsCenter (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic isconducting market research to solicitinformation from potential sources toprovide engineering development,design, procurement, fabrication,configuration, installation, integration,logistics, maintenance, and life cyclesupport services for InfrastructureProtection purposes. This is a follow-on to contract number N65236-05-D-7861 and the incumbent is BAESystems. A brief, draft Statement ofWork (SOW) is attached. Please note aSECRET security clearance is requiredto perform the majority of the work anda small portion of the work will requireTOP SECRET SCI security clearance.The Government estimate for thiseffort is $249 million. A multiple award,Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite DeliveryIndefinite Quantity (IDIQ),performance based, level of effort typecontract with a one (1) year baseperiod and four (4) one-year options isanticipated. THIS MARKET RESEARCHIS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNINGPURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT TO BECONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THEGOVERNMENT.
