DESCRIPTION: BEARING, ROLLER, Cyl-150 MM x 215 MM; LENGTH: 8.4646 (IN) WIDTH: 1.0236 (IN) HEIGHT: 8.4646 (IN) WEIGHT: 4.000 (LB) THIS IS AN ENGINEERING CRITICAL ITEM. MAINTAIN BLUEPRINT SPECIFICATIONS; APPL TF33 P7/7A/100A; CONTAINS PRECIOUS METAL ITEM MATERIAL: 725 STEEL ITEM FUNCTION: Holds #5 bearing housing into position to support load of the high speed turbine rotor. SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE: This is not a small business set aside. 9. QUANTITY: Anticipated quantity ranges are 2 ea to 5 ea, 6 ea to 9 ea, and 10 to 14 ea. The best estimated quantity is 9 ea but the actual quantity will be determined at time of award. A government First Article Test will be required if the contractor has not made this item within the last 36 months. 10. APPLICATION: (Engine or Aircraft): TF33 Engine 11. DESTINATION: FB2039, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-9013 12. DELIVERY: Required Delivery: 392 Days After Receipt of Order 13. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards. 14. EXPORT CONTROL: None 15. UID: If unit price exceeds $5,000.00 then UID requirements will apply. 16.
