- This announcement constitutes the United States Air Force intention to award requisition F3QCCL8330A002 to ICAM Technologies. Description: Post and Developer Software Maintenance. No proposal or response to this notice is required. Quantity: 1 Lot. Period of performance: 27 January 2009 through 26 January 2010. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST A FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Requested period of performance is 27 January 2009 through 26 January 2010. Mfr: ICAM Technologies Justification for Brand Name: The annual maintenance for ICAM software is restricted and can only be purchased from the manufacture or one of its authorized resellers. Restrictions of its use, modification and copying is covered both legally and technically with the encryption of all source codes. These conditions preclude any attempt for full and open competition. DFARS 252.232.7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (WAWF is the method used by DoD for processing invoices/receiving reports.) IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov. Numbered Note 22 applies. The anticipated award date will be by 15 January 2009.
