- The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Infor Global Solutions, 13560 Morris Road, Alpharetta, GA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for Active Client and Enterprise Intelligence software maintenance and support, which includes: Fixed Assets Accounting System (E Series) MVS/VSAM; Management Analysis and Response (E Series) MVS/VSAM, Active Client 2.0 for FC:E, GV:E, FA:E, IE:E; Webfocus Reporting Server; IBI Webfocus Report Caster; IBI Webfocus User Administration Services; IBI Webfocus Analytical Reporter for Web Browser; IBI Webfocus VSAM and/or DB2 Adapter; IBI Webfocus Resource Analyzer; Active Client Seats E Series; Active Access Enterprise Intelligence for MARS/G; Active Access Enterprise Intelligence for FA:E; Additional Webfocus AR Users; Additional Webfocus UAS; IBI Webfocus Non-Department Use; Active Access Connector Foundation; Active Client 2.0 for AP:E; Active Client 2.0 for GL:E. Period of performance is 10/01/08 through 09/30/09, and one additional option year is being requested, period of performance 10/01/09 through 09/30/10. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210. A quote is being solicited under Solicitation No. D20001172 using simplified acquisition procedures under the test program (FAR 13.5). This will be a fixed price contract. Yearly maintenance is required to provide new product features and upgrades as required to maintain functionality. Infor is the sole proprietor of this software and is the only vendor entitled and authorized to perform support and maintenance required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond by submitting a proposal to include technical qualifications and experience/pricing and any other information by close of business December 23, 2008 to Abigail Marr, Contracting Officer, at abigail.marr@ic.fbi.gov.
