- In the event an award for RFP N00178-09-R-3001 is not executed by 30 January 2009, this synopsis amendment provides notice that the existing contract N00178-02-C-1024 with Hypersonics Incorporated of 164 Ferne Court, Palo Alto, CA 74306-4607 will be extended for an additional 60 days, through 31 March 2009. Questions and responses are invited and should be submitted, in Microsoft Word format, to DLGR_NSWC_XDS13@NAVY.MIL and should reference this synopsis number: N00178-09-R-3001. Please include your company CAGE code and POC information with your response. This synopsis notice does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposals, nor a Request for Quotations, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a contract or an order or otherwise pay for the information solicited. This synopsis is issued for informational purposes only. Responses in any form are not offers. There are no funds available to pay for the cost of preparing responses to this synopsis.
