Description

SOLICITATION, DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS ATTACHED 12/16/2008 BID DUE 01/16/2009 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - HSCG83-09-B-3WT018 Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to Remove two 550 gallon aboveground diesel fuel storage tanks, one 4,000 gallon aboveground diesel fuel storage tank, two 200 gallon used oil tanks, and one 150 gallon bilge water tank. Major items of work shall include the following: Remove and dispose of tanks. Remove concrete containment and storage shelter. Install new double wall aboveground tanks with pumps, hose reels, delivery system and piping. New system shall have a capacity of 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel, 2,000 gallons of gasoline and 500 gallons of used oil. The contractor must complete 25% of the work with its own workforce. Estimated period of performance is 150 days after Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $33.5M. This procurement is set aside for certified HUBZONE businesses only. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available for download exclusively from the Internet at this website in 15 days. Interested parties should utilize the Register to Receive Notification function at the government-wide FedBizOpps (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov/ under solicitation number HSCG83-09-B-3WT018. THE DUE DATE FOR OFFERS WILL BE ESTABLISHED UPON ISSUANCE OF THE INVITATION FOR BID (IFB). Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on the Internet.
