Description

This solicitation is for the services preformed for the operation, and maintenance of Defense Fuel Supply Point (DFSP) Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This contract is anticipated to be four years in length with a four year option period. All responsible sources may submit an offer by Januaray 30 @ 3:00 PM EST, to be considered. The solicitation shall be posted to the DESC website on or around December 17, 2008. A preproposal conference will be held at the DFSP Guantanamo Bay, Cuba on Januaray 13 - 14, 2009. Attendees who plan on attending the preproposal conference will provide their name, social security number, and home address to the Contract Specialist so that they may obtain necessary clearances to attend.
