THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND INCORPORATED PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES ARE THOSE IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CICRULAR Fac 2005-27. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A RFQ. NAICS: 541511 SIZE STANDARD: $25 million CONTRACT LINE ITEM(S) - 0001; QUANTITY - 1; U/I - Lot TYPE OF CONTRACT AWARD: FIRM FIXED PRICE DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide all the labor, material, supplies, and transportation necessary needed to provide server maintenance for the K2.net system. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 12 Months from date of award with four annual options FOB: 52.247-34 - F.o.b.
