- REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration seeks to lease space consisting of approximately 1,911 rentable square feet yielding 1,662 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Corporate/Old Hammond East: South Sherwood/Airline Hwy. South & West: Highland Rd. West: Stanford/S. Acadian Thruway REQUIRED: On-site parking for 3 government vehicles is required. Parking garage must be in the building or connected to or adjacent to the building. Garage must be secure and lighted. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. All space should be contiguous on one floor. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Prefer space to be near public transportation; however, we are willing to consider buildings that are not located on the public transportation line. LEASE TERM: Term is for ten (10) years/five (5) years firm. Proposed occupancy date is as soon as possible.
