The Government has insufficient data and documentation to provide for a competitive procurement. The AMRAAM HWIL simulation system shall include simulation equipment hardware/software: a 6-DOF based, 4-target (expandable to 8) signal generator, horn-array target presentation HWIL simulation for AIM 120B through C-7 (expandable to AIM 120D), all required missile guidance and control support systems, documentation packages for HWIL maintenance, all applicable software operating manuals and licenses, software configuration, and control"sand-box" environment that includes source code and documented instructions on how to make changes to the operating software, functional diagrams and schematics, and operating manuals. The AMRAAM HWIL simulation system shall be built to specific operational parameters to test missile versions AIM 120B through C-7. This procurement requires expertise to generate precise RF waveforms, modulate those waveforms with required interference signals (clutter, altitude return, electronic attack, threat jamming), present those signals in an anechoic chamber environment, and interface the missile hardware under test. The AMRAAM HWIL simulation system shall be delivered by November 30, 2011. Respondents, other than the above, should submit at a minimum their qualifications and any other information considered pertinent to this requirement to the Contract Specialist within 10 days after publication of the synopsis.
