- This is a notice of intent for a Sole Source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1). A solicitation will not be issued. The associated NAICS Code is 518210. The Regional Contracting Office-Northeast, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a Sole Source contract to SuperLetter.Com, Incorporated, 1 John Anderson Drive, Suite 518, Ormond Beach, FL 32178 for a requirement to procure a hybrid mail system with a base and four one-year option periods. SuperLetter.Com, Incorporated is the only source that will satisfiy the agency requirements maintaining sole proprietary publication and distribution rights for the Moto-Mail hybrid system. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government n! ot to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
