Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size, Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Solicitation is for 164 each. Delivery 165 days ARO. Ship to New Cumberland, PA. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is January 02, 2009 and the closing date is February 02, 2009.
