PR: 0020514515 Solicitation: SPM4A7-09-R-0404 NSN: 1560-01-266-4759 Item: Truss, Support for the AH-64 and AH-64D Helicopters. Solicitation issue date: January 2, 2009 Solicitation closing date: February 2, 2009 CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM This solicitation a Small Business Set-Aside is for a Definite Quantity Contract to an approved source. The approved sources are: Boeing Helicopters (8V613), D-Velco Manufacturing (12883), and Essner Manufacturing (2B834). All other manufacturers must submit a SAR package for approval, a process that could take 180 days. Contractor First Article and Government Fit Verification Tests are required. CDRL and SNRR requirements apply. FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Ship To: Stock location in Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet bid board system (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil, The DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes on Requests For Quotations (RFQs) for items of supply included in the DLA Business System Modernization (BSM) Program.  DIBBS also allows users to search and view Request For Proposals (RFPs), Invitations For Bid (IFBs), Awards and other procurement information related to BSM.
