- DEVELOPMENT SITE WANTED The U.S. General Services Administration is requesting Expressions of Interest in seeking a no-cost assignable option to purchase a 9-11 acre building site that is situated entirely within the City Limits of Detroit. A site that is submitted for consideration should have all of the following characteristics; site configuration to be square or rectangular, level topography, access to all public utilities, public road frontage, free of hazardous substances, close proximity to interstate access, general office zoning, fully assembled site area. A site that if selected is intended to be improved with a privately owned/constructed general office facility that will be federally occupied. A site that is submitted for consideration must be accompanied with a certified topographical boundary survey, title evidence, environmental site assessments, proof of ownership or evidence of written authorization to represent the ownership and asking price. The Government reserves the right to reject any one or all of the sites submitted for consideration, as determined in its sole discretion. This request for Expressions of Interest shall close on January 30, 2009 at 5:00 PM EST. All submittals must be in receipt thereby at the address below.
