- This is an amendment to a Sources Sought Notice to attach the Performance Work Statement. This is a Sources Sought Notice only and not a Request for Proposal. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Installations West (MCI West), Camp Pendleton, CA is seeking small businesses interested in responding to a solicitation for proposals for services for a Source Control Pretreatment Program (SCPP) that will systematically identify, characterize, and where possible, eliminate the sources of pollutants that can interfere with or degrade the operation of sewage treatment plants (STPs) and the sewage collection system at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA. Any resulting contract is expected to consist of a base year and four option years. A draft of the Performance Work Statement is attached. Please provide a capability statement of your company's ability to perform these services. The statement should include (1) capability and experience in Wastewater Source Control Pretreatment Programs; (2) financial capacity to perform a contract of this scope; and (3) understanding of applicable laws related to these services. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 562910. Please indicate if your company is an 8 (a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, or Veteran Owned Small Business. Interested parties are asked to contact the Contract Specialist, Mary Chavez, at mary.chavez@usmc.mil. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this notice as the main function of this synopsis is to assist the Contract Specialist in determining a set-aside strategy for this procurement.
