- The Mission Installation Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir, VA intends to award on a sole source basic under the authority of 41 USC 253 (1), a contract for $38,372.00 to Aspect Software, Inc.,1660 International Drive, Ste. 710, McLean, Virginia 22102-4887 for Server Upgrade 6.2 services. The NAICS code is 511210. As per FAR 6.302-1, there is only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is soley within the discretion of the government. The Period of Performance is NTE 120 days from the date of the award. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
