- The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, Virginia 22134 - Intent to Sole Source. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract M67854-09-F-4038 to Ocean Systems, 4016 Blackburn Ln, Burtonsville, MD 20866.
