- The U.S. Army CECOM Contracting Center, Fort Monmouth, NJ, 07703 intends to award a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Thermoelectric Power Monitors, NSN: 6625-01-056-1956. Drawings will be provided at the time of solicitation. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside (SBSA). The small business size standard is 500 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334515. The Government guaranteed a minimum of 20 NSN: 6625-01-056-1956 which will be issued at time of award of the Basic Contract under Delivery Order 0001. First article testing will be required. The items will be shipped to the New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland Army Depot, PA 17070-5002 (W25G1U). The Shipments are to be FOB Destination. Packaging and Packing instructions shall be stated in the solicitation. THIS WILL BE COMPETED AS A SEALED BID. ALL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE SEALED BID WILL BE IN THE SOLICITATION. The U.S. Army CECOM Contracting Center has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CECOM Contracting Center to Industry.
