Description

THIS IS OPEN TO KSARNG MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY! Project consists of the following work: This project consists of a complete interior renovation and construction of an addition to the existing Civil Engineering Bldg 760 for the Kansas Air National Guard. Construction of the new facility consists of brick masonry veneer, metal wall panel veneer, aluminum windows, aluminum and steel doors and single-ply roofing. Interior construction consists of concrete masonry units, gypsum board drywall, carpeting, resinous flooring, resilient flooring, exposed sealed concrete, terrazzo tile flooring, acoustical ceilings, metal lay-in ceilings, painted and unpainted exposed structure. Mechanical systems include heat pump systems and gas-fired radiant heaters. Electrical systems consist of normal electrical work for power, voice and data as well as an intrusion detection system for the main portions of the new building. Site work includes rigid and flexible paving, sidewalks, security lighting and security cameras, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewers and underground electrical and gas services. (Drawings & Specifications are a part of this project, and are a part of the Contract Documents). Obtaining Drawings, Specifications and Bidding Documents: Bidders shall obtain from website www.fbo.gov.
