- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for the procurement of an Aircraft EngineTest Set. NSN: 4920-01-471-3816RN; PN: 9700200-10 or NSN: 4920-01-035-6342RN; PN: PWA50096D. Basic Contract Qty: 1 EA; Options I-III Qty: 1-10 EA. FOB: Origin, Destination: FE 2823 Eglin AFB, FL 32542-5311. Technical Manuals are required. Delivery schedule: 120 days ARO. The aircraft engine test set is a pressure source used to manually position the compressor variable vanes during depot, intermediate, and organizational maintenance levels on an F-100 series aircraft engine. This requirement is limited source to: Technology Development Group Inc. (Cage: 0XWR4) and Testek Inc. (Cage: 06659). Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Authority of 6.302-1, Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See numbered notes 1, 22. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. NO TECHNICAL DATA AVAILABLE. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as will be stated in RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
