This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to The American Chemical Society, 2540 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43202, for an online database subscription renewal to ACS Web Editions Pkg, ACS Legacy Archive, and Chemical & Engineering News Online, for the Jefferson Hall Library & Learning Center. The award amount is estimated to be $44,325. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no o ther supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 511120, and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22.
