- Description
- The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for non-personal Teleradiology services (MRI Interpretations only) for Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The base period of performance is on/about 1 March 2009 through 30 September 2009, plus four (4) twelve-month option periods (through 30 September 2013). This requirement will be solicited on a full and open basis. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111, Offices of Physicians (Except Mental Health Specialists). The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 621111 is $10.0 million. Any Radiologist that provides services under any resulting contract shall be required to possess and maintain an active, valid, and otherwise unrestricted medical license issued by the state of Texas for the length of service. This is a new requirement and there are no incumbents. The solicitation number is W81K00-09-R-0007. The solicitation will be available on/about 12 January 2009 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Award will be made on/about 13 February 2009. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
