- The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, intends to negotiate with Professional Bull Riders, INC on a sole source basis, in order that Customs and Border Protection has Primary sponsorship of the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) at 32 domestic events during the 2009 PBR season and the transportation and setup of 2 recruiting booths at each these events. The contract type is to be a Firm Fixed Price commercial type contract. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Professional Bull Riders, INC. is the only known source capable of satisfying the government’s minimum requirement. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. Telephone, fax and or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
