Description

The above reference request for quotation is hereby amended to revise the minimum technical specification number 3 under "Design Conditions", and to extend the due date for quotes. 1) The following specification is revised: Design Conditions Specification # 3: 3. Leaks: Leak rate shall not exceed 1 X 10-8 std cc/sec (helium). This includes: a. External leaks to helium cooling side. b. External leaks to hydrogen condensing side. c. Cross path leaks, helium/hydrogen. 2) The due date for quotations is hereby changed to read as follows: FROM: Friday, December 5, 2008 at 3:30 PM EST, TO: Friday, January 9, 2009 at 3:30 PM EST.
