- Request for Proposals to construct a Exit Control Booth at the Pacific Highway Border Station, Blaine WA. Provide all material, coordination of installation requirements, labor, equipment, and on-site supervision for the installation of a factory-built exit control booth in a “split-level” (or “bi-level”) configuration. Contractor shall coordinate booth foundation and mounting/anchor bolt requirements with the booth manufacturer. The booth is to be located for exit control of the commercial truck traffic headed out of the commercial secondary inspection area, and also cars exiting the auto secondary inspection area. Bi-Level Booth requirements: The contractor shall provide a pre-engineered/pre-fabricated complete Bi-level Booth with upper level and lower level work areas to be of configuration and approximate dimensions as generally indicated on the drawings. This contract will be established in accordance with FAR Part 15 as a negotiated source selection procurement. The Magnitude of Construction is $100,000.00 - $250,000.00. Davis Bacon Wages to apply. The solicitation package is attached. In order to recieve the CAD drawings you must provide the Sensitive But Unclassified paperwork. The form is attached, please provide the required information on the last two pages of the form, sign and return, in order to recieve the required drawings. (Completed forms can be faxed to Mae Smith at 253.931.7889).
