Description
Property Wanted: The Army Corps of Engineers is interested in purchasing 15 acres of buildable vacant-unimproved land, with a minimum of 500 linear feet of frontage street, in North Houston, TX, between SH 59 and TX 290 (NW FWY) concentrating along Interstate 45, SH 249, and North Beltway 8. All utilities should be located on the property or have immediate access and all city services should be available. The property cannot be within the 100 year flood plan and must be free of any environmental issues. Property is to be used to construct an 800 member Armed Forces Reserve Center for the 90th Regional Readiness Command. Zoning/land restrictions must be appropriate for this type of development.
