Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "only one responsible source," the IRS intends to negotiate and award a sole source GSA Schedule Order with Intervoice, Inc. against GSA Schedule Contract GS-35-F-0246L for maintenance and support of the IRS Consolidated Customer Communications (CCC) vXML Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems of the IRS Contact Center Enterprise. Intervoice, Inc. will maintain the hardware and software of this proprietary telecommunications system for the period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. No solicitation has been prepared or will be provided. This notice is required in accordance with FAR 5.201. Any responsible source may provide clear documentation of their capability to maintain Intervoice, Inc. telecommunications equipment in accordance with OEM requirements and certification no later than January 6, 2009.
