Description

GSA, FAS, Heartland Global Supply intends to establish a Stock Requirements contract containing nine NSNs. Solicitation 6FLS-G0-090397-N is issued on 12/24/2008 for 5180 Tool Kits. This solicitation replaces solicitation 6FLS-G3-070352-N which was previously issued and closed and recently cancelled. All contractors who submitted offers for 070352-N need to resubmit their offers for this solicitation. The period of this fixed price contract will be for two years with 3 one-year options with an Economic Price Adjustment beginning on 4/1/09, or date of award whichever is later, through 03/31/2011. Items 1, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are set-aside for small business concerns. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 60 days after receipt of orders and FOB Destination. Proposals will be evaluated based on: Past performance is significantly more important than price. All offers are due to the address listed on page 4 of the solicitation (block 15) by 1/22/2009 at 2 pm Central time. Please refer to the solicitation for all applicable clauses and provisions. The solicitation is available on the Federal Business Opportunities website: http://fedbizopps.gov.
