Description

Contractor shall provide and install five outdoor full matrix LED arterial display type Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), electrical, data, and supporting structures. All work to be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. This project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set-aside for small business. NAICS is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 million. This is a negotiated procurement. The number of offers received, the identity of offerors, and the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. Proposals will be evaluated on price alone. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 8, 2009; the date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps for amendments and/or additional information. In order to download the solicitation document, Contractor’s shall be registered in the CCR and have a valid DUNS number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
