Posted Date: December 29, 2008 Response Date: Close of Business January 6, 2009 The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Federal Protective Service (DHS/ICE/FPS), plans to enter into a contract for CCTV supplies. Currently, the Federal Protective Service (FPS) has a requirement for 12 CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) receivers and 12 CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) transmitters. The receivers and transmitters need to interface with an existing security surveillance system, Vicon. It is essential the required receivers and transmitters be compatible with the existing security surveillance equipment. To maintain a functional security surveillance system, the required brand name and model for the receiver is American Fibertek RR 1400, and the required brand name and model for the transmitter is American Fibertek Mt 1400. Due to compatibility concerns only the above mentioned name and models will meet this requirement. Supplies will be delivered to the Ronald Reagan building located at 1300 Pennsylvania Ave. NW Washington, DC 20004. Supplies are expected to be delivered in 3 to 5 business days from award of Contract. At time of award, the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov.
