- COMBINED SYNOPSISFA8604-09-Q-7002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the FederalAcquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20081124. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 511210. This requirement is for Congressional Quaterly one year subscriber renewal. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). Wright-Patterson Air Force Base intends to award to Congressional Quarterly, Inc., 1255 22ND ST NW STE 400, Washington DC 20037-1214 in contemplation of an approved sole source. The period of performance is Jan 1, 2009 through 31 Dec 2009. Prices shall be provided for the following items listed below: CQ Today News and CQ Schedules; CQ Weekly; CQ House Action Reports; CQ Senate Watch; CQ Bill Analysis; CQ Member Profiles; Custom Lists and Custom E-mail/Blackberry Alerts; CQ Bill Track and Custom Bill Reports; Enhanced Government Documents Bill Text, CQ Bill Compare, Congressional Record, Committee Reports and CRS Bill Digests; CQ Floor Votes; CQ Committee Markup Coverage and Committee Amendment Text; CQ Congressional and Newsmaker Transcripts; Committee Testimony (Witness Statements); CQ Top Docs (CRS Reports and more); CQ Archives Ship to: HQ AFMC/A8L, 4375 Chidlaw Rd., Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433, FOB Destination. Net 30 Payment Terms. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
