- NSN 4320-01-160-9649, Shaft Assembly. I/A/W General Dynamics Land Systems (56161) part number 10510760 and Eaton Aerospace LLC (90166) part number 937414. The estimated yearly quantity is 43. The unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4320. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 11 Dec 08 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for a 1R code and part numbered item. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase part from other than the current source. This solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted and full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contrat period two times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon an evaluation of price, delivery and past performance as described in the solicitation.
