Description
Non-price Evaluation Factors The following factors will be used to determine the non-price factors for this project solicitation and used by the source selection board to determine proposals that will be included in the competitive range. Contractors should use this chart as a checklist in preparing their submission for this solicitation. Firm shall have completed within five years past, calculated from the date of the current solicitation, projects meeting the following criteria. 1.Projects of equal or greater size and complexity than described by the drawings and specifications performed by the company 2.Number of projects performed in a hospital or health care laboratory. 3.Infection control plan: waste disposal and area containment. 4.Documentation supporting the contractor personnel to manage the project on site shall have experience and/or knowledge sufficient to insure compliance with drawings, specifications and Medical Center Policy. 5.Provide five references of past contracts of similar scope and size. The proposal is complete and detailed if it clearly describes all construction activities in terms of unit of measure (square foot, cubic yard etc) bare labor, bare material and bare equipment and extensions. 6.Exclusions in the proposal submission of any project element 7.Proposal includes activity identification, estimated time, and materials. 8.Subcontractor pricing is detailed to the same or greater extent as the general contractor. 9.The contractor can routinely maintain and update an electronic version of a Gantt Chart delimited by construction activity or groups identified in proposal. 10.Registration in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) website. 11.Proof of West Virginia Contractor License
