Description

General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 10,515 ANSI/BOMA Rentable Area to yield a minimum of 10,515 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (Usable Square Feet) of contiguous warehouse, office and related use space along with 77,780 Useable Square Feet of fenced, contiguous, co-located wareyard, plus an additional 25 parking spaces for personal vehicles in Anchorage, Alaska. The Delineated Area is: Within the City of Anchorage and within 5 miles of the Anchorage International Airport. The proposed lease is for 10-years firm with one 5-year option and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 5, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
