- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.. SOLICITATION #: F3G3BB8310AG01 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes NAICS: 314999 This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued towards 100% Small Businesses. The attachment contains the item and quantity of the parachute items requested by Nellis AFB, Nevada. We are looking for items that are equal to or better than the items listed in the attachment. This is a firm fixed price type contract. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Contract award will be based on lowest price techincally acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Quotations may be emailed to neil.armstrong@nellis.af.mil no later than 19 Dec 08, 4:00 pm PST. The anticipated award date will be by 22 Dec 2008.
