- ~~~~11 December 2008~~~~The Request for Proposal (RFP) for theAdvanced Technical Exploitation Program (ATEP) is posted with a date of 11 December 2008. The Government anticipates contract award in the 4th Qtr FY09. Please note proposals are due 16 January 2009 at the hours specified below. The classified scenario discussed in Section L, paragraph 4.2.3(b), has not changed since the ATEP DRFP was posted on 20 Aug 08. Offerors that have already received copies of the classified scenario do not need to pick up additional copies. Offerors that have not already received copies may do so by following the instructions in Section L, paragraph 4.2.3(b). Section L, paragraph 5.3, requests that proposal Volume III and Volume III, Attachment 1, be submitted fourteen (14) calendar days after RFP release. Due to the holidays, the Government will not be accepting Volume III and Volume III, Attachment 1, until Not Earlier Than (NET) 0800 Local Time on 5 Jan 09. All classified volumes must be received at HQ NASIC by 1500 local time on the proposal due date. Offerors must send an email to Ms Laurel Hunt at Laurel.Hunt2@wpafb.af.mil to make prior arrangements for Government receipt of classified volumes. All unclassified (Volumes I, IV, and V) must be sent and received, or delivered to ASC/PKESI, ATTN: Ms Joey Pence, Bldg 16, Rm 132, 2275 D St., WPAFB, OH 45433-7228, by 1400 local time on the proposal due date. (end of message) ~~~~ ~~~~ 08 December 2008 ~~~~An updated Excel Spreadsheet is posted today which reflects a correction to a calculation error found in the spreadsheet posted on 02 December 2008. (end of message)~~~~ ~~~~ 26 November 2008 NOTICE OF CONTRACTING ACTION: The Government contemplates issuing the formal Request for Proposal to the Advanced Technical Exploitation Program (ATEP), FA8633-08-R-2599, within the next 15 to 30 days. When first posted on PIXS, ATEP was identified as the Measurement and Signature Intelligence/Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (MASIN/AGI) Program. The anticipated 5-year contract will support all aspects of NASIC's Geospatial Intelligence/Measurement and Signature Intelligence (GEOINT/MASINT) Analysis Squadron's mission to provide timely, tailored MASINT and Advanced GEOINT products, services, capabilities, and technical support to the operational, arms control and treaty monitoring, acquisition policy, scientific and technical intelligence community, and to national defense policy makers. (end of message) 25 April 2008 The Advanced Technical Exploitation Programs (ATEP) Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) is comprised of the following four separate attachments: (1) Draft Performance Work Statement, (2) Draft Section H, (3) Draft Section L, and (4) Draft Section M. Comments are due NLT 1500 local, 9 May 2008, and are to be sent to Ms. Joey Pence, ASC/PKESI, 2275 D St, Bldg 16, Rm 132, WPAFB, OH 45433-7228; e-mail: joey.pence@wpafb.af.mil. 4 March 2008 Urgent Information concerning the Advanced Technical Exploitation Program (ATEP)follows: Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) is not recognizing ATEP'ssolicitation number of FA8633-08-R-2560. Consequently, the 29 Feb 08 PIXS post toATEP did not post on FBO under said solicitation number. After numerous attemptsby PIXS and FBO administrators to resolve the issue, both concluded the onlysolution is to reissue ATEP information under a new solicitation number.Therefore to ensure you receive any and all updates to the ATEP, you must register/re-register under the new solicitation number of FA8633-08-R-2599. The name of theprogram has not changed, it is still the Advanced Technical Exploitation Program(ATEP). Additionally, the 29 Feb 08 PIXS posting issuing a new sources sought synopsis isalso attached. That posting issued a suspense date of 1500 local, 14 Mar 08 forsubmittal of capability statements. Due to the posting difficulties, a new suspense date of 1500 local, 18 Mar 08 is established. There are no other changes to the requirements for submittals.
