- The VA Network 22 Logistic Office intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with Far Part 13 with Charles Rivers Laboratory under authority of Far 6.302-1. This procurement is for a Mouse Hepatitis virus antigen to test the sample, as in Elsia, three strain-specific MHV antigens are incorporated into the MFIA profile. Due to the intellectual property issues with the VA Research office, this system can meet small volumes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM, December 18, 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
