- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to issue a modification to Contract N65540-07-D-0007 with York International Corp. P.O. Box 1592, York, PA 17405 to procure two (2) Coupling Component Kits on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. The purpose of these Coupling components is to support 250 Ton CFC-114 Air conditioning Plant Conversion Kits for LSD-41 and 43 Mid-Life Upgrade. The delivery for two Coupling Component Kits will be required six (6) weeks from the date of the modification. Components are to be shipped to QED Systems Inc.,3487 Inventors Road, Norfolk, VA 23502. The applicable NAIC Code for this requirement is 335312. Interested parties may communicate their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within thirty (30) days after the date of this publication will be conside! red by the Government. A determination by the Government not to copete this proposed contract among responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
