- SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS Congressional Quarterly This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.106-1. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. This Notice of Intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The applicable NAICS Code is 519130 and FSC Code 7630 applies. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting, Philadelphia Office (FISCN) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract, on a sole-source basis, with Congressional Quarterly for 12 months of CQ.com service. Service will cover 30 users in the Office of Legislative Affairs. Interested parties may identify their technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information that shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Division.
