- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM: JANITORIAL SERVICES, HUMBOLDT/TOIYABE NATIONAL FOREST SUPERVISOR’S OFFICE. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TODAY. The project consists of janitorial services for the Supervisor Office Sparks Nevada. This building is approximately 16,250 square feet of office space and two smaller offices approximately 500 square feet.. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as specified herein. Base Year contract time is from February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010. The Government, at is option, may renew this contract not to exceed three, one-year periods at the same terms and conditions. Option 1 period will be February 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011. Option 2 period will be February 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012. Option 3 period will be February 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013. NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $14.0 Million.
