- Fort Benning Hospital W912HN-07-R-0112 30 December 2008 Technical Questions: Glynn Richards, 912 652 5659 Contractual Questions: Kosha Jones, 912 652 5108 Description: THIS NOTICE IS NOT INTENDED TO SOLICIT INTEREST FROM NEW CONTRACTORS FOR THIS RFP, BUT TO NOTIFY POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTORS OF THE PRIME CONTRACTORS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SECOND PHASE OF THIS TWO-PHASE DESIGN BUILD PROJECT. Phase One has concluded and offerors have been selected to proceed to Phase Two. The following offerors will be provided RFP documents and invited to participate in Phase Two: (1) B.L. Harbert- Brasfield & Gorrie, 820 Shades Creek Parkway, Suite 3000, Birmingham, AL POC: Mr. Tim Buck, 205-802-2800 (2) Turner Construction Company, 336 James Record Road, Huntsville, AL, POC: Mr. Jack Shimer, 615-231-6310 (3) McCarthy/Hunt, a Joint Venture, 2100 River Edge Parkway, Suite 1010, Atlanta, GA POC: Mr. Tim York, 770-980-4121. Phase Two documents will be issued on or about mid- February 2009. Phase Two proposals will be due ninety (90) days from date of issuance. Once issued contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet at http://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil.
