- VA-250-09-RI-0069 Description: Request for information. Cleveland VA Medical Center is conducting market research. This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only and may or may not lead to an award. The Louis Stokes Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking sources and requesting information for leasing of 1100 parking spaces for an estimated time period of two years near the Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs in Cleveland, Ohio. The parking spaces can include parking surface lots or standard commercial parking garage. The parking facility should provide a secure location. The Delineated Area: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Wade Park Avenue South: Chester Avenue East: Euclid Avenue West: Ansel Road Interested companies shall submit the following requirements: 1. Parking Facility Location, 2. Parking Facility Condition, 3. Parking Layout, 4.
